The latest enhancement to the Traveller Account is a new and improved fee restructure. As of 1 August 2005, the Traveller Account fees will change for all new and existing account holders.
What is the new Traveller Fee Structure:

<pre><code> Introduction of a minimum balance transfer of AUD$2,000 (not compulsory)

<pre><code> If less than $2,000 initial transfer then $5 monthly fee applies
</code></pre>
</li>

<pre><code> 10 FREE Transactions - consisting of 8 FREE ATM/EFTPOS withdrawals and 2 FREE ATM Balance Enquiries monthly 
</code></pre>
</li>
<li>
<pre><code> $2 per withdrawal after 10 transactions
</code></pre>
</li>
</ul>
Note - Telegraphic Transfer fees have not changed and still applies.
Existing customers will be notified be email on 1 July and can take advantage of the free 10 transactions. 
The $5 monthly fee only applies to customers that apply as of 1 August and do not transfer the min. balance transfer.
