Kas keegi on kokku puutunud Norse Atlantic Airways lennuaja muutusega - selles suhtes, et nad muutsid lennuaega 2h ja 25min edasi ja see ei sobi enam minu plaanidega :)
Vanasti mingite teiste lennufirmadega oli lennuaja muutuse juures alati nupp, et aksepteeri või tühista... Norsel pole aga midagi, uus lennuaeg bronnis kirjas ja kõik.
Kas on lootust, et läbi mingi valemi saan selle pileti ikkagi tühistada ja raha tagasi?
Nende tingimustes on kirjas nii
9.1 SCHEDULES
9.1.1 The flight times shown in timetables or in your Ticket may change between the date of publication (or issue) and the date you actually travel.
9.1.2 Before we accept your booking, we or our Authorized Agent will notify you of the scheduled flight timings in effect as of that time, and it will be shown on your Ticket. We may need to change the scheduled flight timings subsequent to issuance of your Ticket.
If you provide us with your contact information, we or our Authorized Agent will endeavor to notify you of any such changes. If, after you purchase your Ticket, we make a significant change to the scheduled flight timings, which is not acceptable to you, you should contact us promptly and not more than 14 Days after such notification to book an alternate flight or in the case of flights to and from the United States of America, to request a refund, failing which the change in question will be irrevocably deemed to have been accepted by you. If we are unable to book you on an alternate flight which is acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with Article 10.2.
