    The Company "Entertainment around the World", Egypt, hereinafter referred as "Company" represented by Mr. Abram Abd El Aziz, General Manager on the one part. 
        And ___________________________________________ , nationality _______________________ , here in after referred to as "Animator", on the other part , have concluded the p

Resent contract for the following:

1. Subject of the Contract 1.1 The Company engages animator for work as animator at any 4-5 stars hotel in Egypt 1.2 The animator will work "" month and will start to work with the company From ""________________ ____ Till " "____________ ____ 1.3 Probation period "___" month
2. The Obligations of the Company 2.1 Provide for the animator meals and accommodations:
   • Accommodation guest room or staff housing
   • 03 meals a day in the main restaurant or restaurant for managers
   • 05 soft / hot drinks daily
   • one day off per week
   • Laundry 2.2 To pay the animator salary every month after reception of money from the hotel where works animator 2.3 After successful probation period to prolong visa for the animator. The company to pay for prolong visa for the animator, transport expenses to police station where company send him to prolong visa will pay animator. In case if already the animator stay in Egypt and will start work with the company without visa the company will guarantee to prolong visa for the animator . All penalties for stay in Egypt not legal will pay the animator 2.4 Local house doctor will attend in case of medical need. The company does not be responsible for treatment of chronic and any disease / problem with health of the animator. All payment for medical help and medical treatment will pay the animator 2.5 The animator any time can be transfer to work in any other hotels at any tourist place in Egypt if it is necessary for the company 3- The Obligations of the Animator 3.1 To be in a good health and free of any sickness, speak English language very well 3.2 have experience in physical /dance education or animation activities 3.3 Have one day off per week – four day off per month
     3.4 To participate in all hotel activities in accordance with the day schedule/ animation program confirmed by the chief animator 3.5 working time of the animator will be according to animation program of the hotel and animation main rules of the company 3.6 Have to obey and follow rules and regulation of the hotel where animator lives and works 3.7 To carry out the animation main rules which are in integral part of the present contract (the Appendix no. 1) 3.8 take care about property of the hotel and property of the company otherwise the animator undertakes to pay cost of the damage/ broken/ lost property, by a deduction of the corresponding sums from salary of the animator 3.9 To be transferred to work in other hotel in any tourist zone of Egypt at any time actions of the present contract, under the instruction of the company 3.10 To care about your health all the time 3.11 To pay money for medical help and medical treatment in any cases of need 3.12 Start to work at the hotel where the company will send the animator and at the date which discuses before. If the animator will not go to work at the hotel where the company send him, the company will finish present contract with the animator immediately (the some day when the animator must to start work at the hotel) without any financial claim, salary, prolong visa for the animator from the company and all deduct from salary (paragraphs 4.6 and 7.2) of the animator 3.13 To pay transport expenses to police station where company send him to prolong visa
     3.14Animator must leave Egypt during 2 days after finish work with the company. Will not allowed working in other companies in Egypt 4- Payment 4.1 The company will pay to the animator salary an amount ________ L.E. (Egyptian Pounds) per month (equivalent ________ USD). Sum of salary can be change depends of the course USD to (Egyptian pounds) If the animator speaks English language bad/ or not speaks English- salary for the animator will be less first 10 days (period for training to be animator) after animator start works at the hotel, will be without salary 4.2 The company will pay salary to the animator every next month for the accounting period only after reception by the company of money from hotel where the animator works, attendance of the work and CL on the given animator 4.3 The company doesn't pay for the animator extra day off (more than four day off in the month).

4.4 The animator pay for alcoholic drinks, telephone calls, the internet and other services which are rendered by it in hotel independently, by a deduction from salary of the animator 4.5 The company will deduct 60 L.E. from the first salary of animator for 2 T-shirts daily uniform of the company, and 30 L.E. For the uniform of the night
4.6 The company will deduct every month till the end of the present contract from salary of the animator an amount equivalent 50 USD in Egyptian pounds as security that the animator will work at the company till end of the present contract (paragraph 1.2). If the animator will work at the company all period of the present contract (paragraph 1.2), the company will give back all deduct money to animator in the last salary of the animator If the animator will finish working at the company before the present contract will finish (paragraph 1.2), the company will not give back all deduct money of the animator's salary. It will be compensation for the company (paragraph 7.2 of the contract) 5. The Responsibility of the Parties 5.1 The company is not responsible of any damage or broken or loss of any property of the animator. The animator must take care of his property independently (by himself). 5.2 The company s not responsible of obligations of the animator to the third parties 5.3 The company is not responsible of health of the animator. The animator must take care of his health and life independently (by himself) 6. Law & Legislation 6.1 The company and the animator will take all possible incisures to settle amicably any disputes or differences which any arise out of the present contract or in connection with it 6.2 If the parties do not come to an agreement, all the disputes and differences are to be submitted for the Cairo courts having jurisdiction 6.3 Attitudes of the parties are adjusted by laws and regulation of Arab Republic of Egypt 7. Termination of the Contract 7.1 If during probation period the animator work no good (not make all the sport activities which must to do any animator, not take part in evening show, did not teach club dance, make problems between animators and for the hotel, speak with guests bad way or afraid speak with guests when make guest contact, be up normal, ignore instructions of the chief animation of animation team and management of the company and of the hotel, not fulfillment animation rules, 2 hotels refused this animator, etc. ) company will finish the contract with the animator during or after probation period. 7.2 In case of termination of the present contract before the appointed time (before date until animator must to work (paragraph 1.2) of the present contract), company will not give back all deduct money of the animator's salary. Animator must pay for the company 200 USD for prolong visa and animator promise to leave Egypt during 2 days. Also the company reserves the right to itself to terminate the visa of the animator till last day of work at the company and deduct last salary of the animator 7.3 Non fulfillment of the animator main rules (paragraph 3.7 of present contract) and the above mentioned terms can terminate this contract by company immediately without any financial claim and salary for the animator from the company and even instant deportation of the animator from Egypt 7.4 In case look paragraph 3.12 of the present contract 7.5 In case if the animator given wrong information about himself on C.V. Company will finish contract with animator immediately 8. Other Terms 8.1 The contract becomes effective and comes into the full force from the date of sign the contract 8.2 The signing of the contract made in Egypt 9.
