Ostetud piletid novembriks Tenerifele ,piletid jätkulendudega. Nüüd saadeti teade, et lennuaeg jätkulennule on muudetud 21. nov. 18 novembrile. St., et meie Riia- Eindhoven lend 21. nov on igati hilinenud. Selle pakkumisega, ei saa kuidagi nõustuda. Küsingi, et mis tegema peaks, kas nad vahetavad pileteid ka teiste lennufirmade lendudele, sest tegelikult läheb 21. nov 15 minutit hiljem üks teine lennufirma Tenerifele. Ja kui nad kompenseerivad, kas siis hind määrab ka midagi. Meil olid ka kohad määratud just laia vahega kohta. Reisitõrge ka tegemata.

What happens if my flight time is changed? Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances flight times may have to be changed.
If this happens we do our best to contact all customers via the email and mobile phone number they provided at the time of booking.
However we do recommend that customers review their flight booking prior to departure via My Bookings
If a flight time is changed significantly (more than 3 hours before or after the original departure time) and no suitable alternative flight is available, we will, upon application, offer a refund for all monies paid in respect of the affected flight(s).
Please note that we are not liable for any prepaid expenses directly or indirectly related to the booking affected by the flight time change.
