Majutus Miami Beachil

Tere!

Miami craigslist-is on ka päris odava hinnaga võimalik elamine lühikeseks perioodiks rentida - https://miami.craigslist.org/search/mdc/vac.

While South Beach is Paradise to many that live here and many that visit unfortunately there are people out there that take advantage of visitors looking for inexpensive accommodations.

A couple of Rules to avoid getting scammed: #1. and the most important! NEVER Wire anyone Money or Send money through Western Union or any other Payment Service! Paypal while the safest of the payment services is still not totally safe. Use your credit card paying directly with the company or pay in Cash on Arrival. You can always reverse the charge on your card if the property is not real if you pay directly with your Credit Card. Any valid vacation rental company will have a merchant account so that you can use your credit card directly on their website

  1. Google the name of the company, the email address and the telephone number you are calling.. This will give you some insight as to whether the company is real or not. Also try to google the above items and add the word "scam" to see if you get any results from people that have been scammed before by the person in the ad.

  2. All Unit owners and all vacation rental company are required to register with the City or Miami Beach resort tax department.. Call them and confirm the company or owner is registered.

  3. If it sounds too good to be true Like a 2 bedroom for $99 per night.. It probably isn't real. Listen a modern 2 bedroom unit with an ocean view in South Beach would be worth well over a million dollars to purchase. They rent for $400-$800 per night. If you are being offered one for $99 it's just not a valid rental. One more thing. The biggest scam times are Christmas to new Years and WMC/Ultra week (3rd week in march) and Spring Break which is pretty much all of March.

  4. I hate to say don't deal with anyone that doesn't speak good english, but most of the scams are being run out of India, Nigeria or Somalia. So, if when you call and speak with someone it sounds like you are calling one of those Off Shore Customer service centers in another country that is a red flag.

  5. Miami Beach is a very large city.. South Beach is from 1st Street to about 30th Streets.. Many ads will say "Great Miami Beach location minutes to south beach" This could be a condo on 120th and Collins. Yes It's on Miami Beach and Yes is minutes from South Beach.. That's 20 minutes. In a Taxi would run about $40 each way. Just Google the exact address to make sure.. If you want South Beach Stay from 1st st to 23rd or maybe up to 30th st. (It takes about 15 minutes to walk from 30th to lincoln rd Mall.) We are SunSpot Miami Rentals. We have been in business for 8 year are are South Beach's 2nd largest Vacation Rental Company (Okay we admit there is one bigger than us) We have 12 Vacation rentals in South Beach from 3th Street to 29th Street. With Studios price from $89 per night all the way up to a 2 story townhouse directly on the Ocean for $299 per night. https://www.air bnb.com/users/show/1136594#reviews http://www.yelp.com/biz/sunspot-miami-rentals-miami-beach http://www.tripadvisor.com/VacationRentalReview-g34439-d2059257-Studio_The_Hudson_on_Washington_15th_St_POOL-Miami_Beach_Florida.html http://www.tripadvisor.com/VacationRentalReview-g34439-d2062131-1_Bdrm_Condo_on_Ocean_Dr_Direct_Across_from_Ocean-Miami_Beach_Florida.html http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/SunSpot.Miami.Rentals. show contact info
