Ma sain kirja: Dear customer,

You have booked return flight to Mallorca 28.4.2018 from TUI Finland. Unfortunately there has been a pricing mistake in our booking system. Return flight has been sold with 10–15 eur per passenger, which is such a low price, that the person doing the booking should have understood that it cannot be the correct price. Based on oikeustoimilaki 32 § TUI Finland will cancel the contract.

Tuifly soome kodulehel oli hinnaks samamoodi märgitud 15€ edasi-tagasi. Ehk oskab mõni teadjam kirjutada, kas sel juhul pole tegemist tarbija eksitamisega?
